“My family and I had a wonderful time in New Smyrna Beach and were very pleasantly surprised at how spacious, clean and quiet Diane’s condo was. I seldom choose a condominium for my vacations in New Smyrna Beach, simply because I prefer the space & privacy of a house, but even with three generations, spanning 14-80 yrs, we were all very comfortable. My elderly mother could rest in her room when needed & couldn’t hear a peep from anyone in the living room, which was great. The kitchen & linens are well stocked, the entire facility/property is clean and well kept. Having a garage space is a nice bonus. Diane was in regular contact but not the least bit overbearing. She checked in with us & responded quickly to our communication with her. I really appreciated that she also communicated directly with my sister who traveled from another city. Having the right space for your family on vacation makes all the difference! I’m so glad we found Diane’s condo and am sure her future guest will enjoy their stay as much as we did.”

“We really enjoyed our vacation in New Smyrna Beach. We loved the condo so much that I took one of your cards and will be recommending you to my friends and relatives. But…only the ones that I know would appreciate and take care of the place as it should be. We LOVE this condo. I insisted my mother take the master suite and she has really felt special and pampered. All the rooms are nice and I love the details that make it special. I love the boat bookshelf in the twin bedroom and would love to have time to read some of the books. The large open floor plan is very nice. The furniture is very comfortable and has plenty of seating. The décor is perfect. It is well decorated without looking gaudy or busy. The beautiful parrot clock in the dining area is perfect! Thank you for sharing this wonderful place with us. You have made our trip even more enjoyable by your attentiveness to our needs and questions.”
